Procedure for repair

Option One - recommended

PAYMENT WITH REPAIR

Complete the address label form or enclosed your details with the propeller(s) including payment, we have standard repair costs to enable you to calculate the charge, don't forget to add the VAT @ 17.5%. If in doubt about the price just give us a call on TEL 020 8874 7059

If you include payment the propeller will go immediately into the workshop and the repair will start. The repair will take 3-4 working days and then we will despatch by standard, express or premium delivery.

You need to allow time for the prop(s) to arrive here, the repair time and the delivery time back to you. This is the quickest method to arrange your repair and the system we recommend

Option Two

NO PAYMENT WITH REPAIR

Complete the address label form or enclosed your details with the propeller.

Once we receive the propeller(s) we will send you a proforma invoice by post. As we have standard repair prices if you do not include payment we assume you require a written invoice. We are sorry but our procedure only allows either payment with order or written proforma invoice, we can not look up your order until an invoice has been raised. Our system is designed to be as efficient as possible and to keep the price as low as possible to you.

The repair would not normally be started until we receive payment. Once payment is made the repair will take 3-4 working days and then we will despatch by either standard, express or premium delivery.

You need to allow time for the prop(s) to arrive here, for you to receive the invoice and make payment, the repair time and the delivery time back to you.
